you need to kill all 5 until you go into the cave, once then you kill the final one, and you get reward.

no, and for the record, kill count only effects the amount of RUNES you get, not your amount of barrows, i got a kc of about 700 and got no barrows at all, but about 1k mind runes 500 bloods and 700 deaths
