But can someone explain something.

Since scott dolph refers to the patriots as their censored name "la li lu le lo", that should mean he knows nothing about the. And yet he seems upset over this fact as he answer "HOW is that possible?"

Does he know the patriot censor their existence with la li lu le lo, and only use it as a reference, or is this a miss in the plot?

Ocelot had one of them gadgets (The same Fortune has) to deflect bullets, thats why the Marine missed.

Also he's taking it back to the patriots so they have a means of firing a nuke non affective with the nanomachine locking technology.
