The rating from the manufacturer of ANY vehicle is always a rating at the crank aka at the engine itself, not the power put down on the ground via drivetrain/wheels. There is always a loss of power as it is transmitted through the heavy drivetrain (transmission, rearend, FRICTION). The ratings you see here are a result of that parasitic loss. Each brand of dyno also has its own properties that can make these #s vary. This same car on a mustang dyno may have pulled 200.
