Thank you for posting this clip in its entirety until the very end of the song! Whenever they show this in Cinema One they normally cut it already once the credits have finished or they never even bother to finish the credits. I had a vinyl copy of this song way back in the 70s. One of the best films of Mike even if someone commented it is one of his weakest (what a party pooper).

I just bought a DVD of this movie and Kakabakaba ka ba? And also a CD of Boyet's (Awit pelikula ni CDL) which contains this song and others from his movies. This movie is one of my fave Filipino films. With Boyet & Hilda, sagada & Baguio!

@dudong921 kapatid para doon sa mga nagtitipid, mabibili ang dvd na ito kasama ang iba pang classic bernal, de leon, at brocka film sa quiapo ang central black market of the philippine economy. hehe. doon ko nabili ang kakabakaba ka ba?, itim, kisapmata et al. ayun, go mike. this film though is by far his weakest for me kasama ng sister stella l. iba pa rin ang batch 81, kisapmata, itim, kakabakaba ka ba?, at bayaning third world.

the theme song for kung mangarap ka't magising is composed by joseph olfindo, a former neighbor, my kuya's barkada and former new minstrell's.. we missed u mike de leon, ur the only master left in fil cinema.. hopefuly ur no longer a recluse and continue making good movies.

this movie is available at kabayansentral, as well as other classic filipino films, mike de leon is one of my favorite directors from the philippines. i love this movie. i was attending high school in Baguio when they were shooting it and some of my boardmates were extras in this film. everybody then were trying to look like Hilda and Boyet - fashion wise.

i didn't see this movie when it was shown in 1977..i was just 2 years old then..but me and my girlfriend alice saw this on cinema one and we loved it so much..this is one of our favorite movies..not because we love baguio but the plot is simple yet moving..it strikes through the heart..mike de leon is, indeed, one of the masters in Philippine Filmmaking..the very natural script..the awesome cinematography..the splendid music..one film alice and i won't get tired watching over and over again.

i saw this before and laking tuwa ko tlaga at bilib kay mike de leon nde sya katulad ng ibang pinoy directors laging out the box ang ataka nya sa mga pelikula nya first time ata to sa pinoy love story na nde nagkatuluyan ang 2 bida sa ending...bittersweet ang effect
