I love the way this truck looks before it transforms into a standing robot form. It wouldn't have worked out well in the movie with the way the robot form stands and moves, but us old-school Transformer fans can appreciate how much cooler the old truck looked than the gimmicky new one with the Gay Pride-like paint scheme.

I think that when people said they wanted Prime to look like the original, they were speaking of the cartoon version, not the original toy version on which this video is based (except coloured white here like the Ultra Magnus toy). The cartoon version was based on the toy, but better proportioned and would have looked alright in the movie, with a few changes.
