if u have the pc and u don't mind cheating a bit hit the ~(tilde) key and type "coc testinghall" go to the doors called "armor warehouse" for armor and"weapons warehouse" fgor bows arrows swords etc

everything in the game is in there somewhere

i first played oblivion and completed it it on xbox 360 but when i got a good pc and played it its nothing like the xbox 360 version its way better theres loads of mods for it and you will never get bored with it.

Mods don't automatically mean cheating. The majority of them simply expand upon what's already there.

I think the system for oblivion gates works like this:

-the more gates you close, the longer they get. (more levels of enemies and more caves and whatnot)

-the higher level you are, ahrder creatures are in it

There is ALOT of challenging monsters you can fight, try going to the arena or go fight vampires.

God I hate Oblivion, it's like hell. I tried ranging at the beginning with a new char, I sucked so bad. Is it always hard to range at beginning of game?

It gets easier as the game progresses. Soon you will be popping of head easily. You just got adjust to it. Oblivion seems to focus on melee but ocne you manage to get the hang of magic and range its alot more powerful then melee.

it only gets creepy if you let it, just remember its completely fake and, even though there are some gory parts they shouldn't bother you

Creepy? They have some VERY disturbing scenery in some dungeons and stuff but it aint so bad. Oblivion is probably the best RPG out there and I highly reccomend that you get it... NAO.

Oblivion will keep you addicted for months... maybe even years. Morrowind wasnt as big as oblivion but many people got well over 700 hours of play out of it ^_^

Extreme Marksman is truly something. XD I have frenzy AoE Arrows that turn the towns to chaos, and another set with a shock AoE.
