When i heard what everyone said about Mummy 3 it put me off seeing it in cinemas. Now ive seen it in TV, despite the historical and cultural inaccuracies (a total staple of this series) it was actually quite funny and as entertaining as the mummy returns was. i dunno. apart from Evy being replaced, they did a good job capping it off

LMFAO. They're never going to make the sequel that has been said after this one. Because this one killed the series. But in my mind...it ended at 2. There was no cliffhanger. So I just say the first 2 were the only movies with this series. I mean, what they should've done was one more movie, with EVERYONE back. Set in Egypt. This movie was so awesome. I'm glad it wasn't about Imhotep again! I mean, the Mummy and the Mummy Returns were amazing but it would get a little tiresome if the 3rd movie was about the Egyptians as well.

So they chose Chinese history. And what better choice could they make?!! Ancient China is so old and mysterious, just like Ancient Egypt; both full of secrets.

I hope they do another Mummy film. Maybe on the Ancient Greeks or Romans! XD

Imagine the bloated corpse of the First Emperor rising from his tank. Nightmare fuel for sure !

Yet instead of that, the producers went for a shodily rendered stone statue.

And then they added stuff like Shambhala and the Yetis which had NOTHING to do with ancient China.

So the emperor is the mummy so the name of the movie fits.
