there are a couple of places you can hit a harmonic for this tunning but for the most part on this song just the 12th fret and I think the 17th or 18th fret.

For some reason, whenever I try to slide 11/12, my strings act up and it sounds like I'm sliding DOWN from 12/11. It's very odd. If I play it on the 9/19 on the A, though, it sounds right.

its called a "back buzz". its vibrating on the back part of the string toward the nut. it tends to not happen on nicer guitars though.

No I don't think so, It's a very popular song, there was no tutorial for it, so I interpreded my own. I also have mentioned that I didn't use tabs, so of course it would have flaws. If people wanted that real deal Andy Mckee "drifting tutorial" then their going to have to wait till Andy does it himself, which probably will never happen.

the song is played in a drop d suspended tuning. From lowest pitch to highest it's tuned as DADGAD vs normal standard tuning which is EADGBE, so both E are dropped to D's and the B is dropped down to an A.
