There is a flaw in this measuring system: Faces have depth.

If you try to measure your cheeks or jawbone in this way, the measurement is going to be way to big.

What you want to do is go stand in front of a mirror and hold the measuring tape straight across the front of your face. Do NOT pull it taught from temple to temple or across your chin. Visually line up one end of the tape with the edge of your cheekbone. The number that lines up with the other cheekbone is the measurement.

either triangular or diamond shape, because your jaw line is much wider than your forehead, and your face is wider than it is long.

I would have to say Triangular, because the widest part of your face is at the jaw line and as you go up to the forehead, it gets narrower.

What if you have a big nose?? This would definitely effect the measurements of the length of your face, and the width at your cheekbones.
