The duct tape makes perfect sense if she accidentally killed the child then proceeded to hatch a scheme of kidnapping or abduction. My personal feeling toward this is she in fact was sedating the child, the child died in the process and she proceeded with a plan either assisted by the grandfather, or CSI TV inspired cover.

Not to offend anyone but there's simply no scientific proof of the devil or any god. Call science wrong, fine. But bare in mind science actually has facts and tries to find the truth when religion repeats the same lies.

@link4265 no you are scientifically correct, but there are people who do have those odd beliefs and act on them. look at last day of court and what lawyer said, odd, why did he even mention the word "ritual".
