Thats a good question. Actually, what I do is  similar to Reiki, but the tradition is much more ancient, coming from pre-India. It is kind of channelling/transmuting universal energy. Its not dan-tian qi like the qigong masters would use.

Ok, an atunement is something that affects the energy body of someone, that makes it possible that they can acheive some result--like healing. Atunements or transmissions are many many. The most popular being a shaktipat and also a Reiki transmission. The difference between my lineage and Reiki is my lineage seems quite a bit more rare and serious, as well as stronger. Its called, in Chinese, "3 school intention natural qigong", but thats just my grandmasters name for it....

I would like to gather as many methods as possible to find one that I like the most and/or create my own/combine them (if possible). If you are young you can make quick progress in spiritual cultivation/Kundalini, easier. So developing your own dan-tien qi perhaps is a good option for you, provided you have the patience to do the mediations and practise.

I would personally say probably not, because that is a mere physical detail that does not necessarily determine non-physical/mental (spirtual, if one must use the word with the connotations that have evolved with it) maturity. do you agree with me in that aspect?

Its very good you want to become a healer, just the intent will bear fruit perhaps. Age is no difference. Real spiritual transmissions and high level teachers dont just fall from the sky, nor can you shop for them at the mall. You may find that fate/luck/karma makes this possible, as well as healthy intention and good character. Then the spiritual path and siddha can open up for you.

I think its working, have been back a few times. I am feeling less anxious, my kids are a lot less aggressive and more relaxed, they are even starting to talk and be closer to me. they must be feeling my change too. my minds a bit more relaxed.
