Frogger reminds me of my first gay anal sex experience. My guess is he simply wanted to demonstrate what happens if your frog goes off screen. I'm sure it's the same reason he jumped in the water at 1:15. Many people here have probably never seen the game, so why not show them as many elements of it as possible in a short video?

Anyway, this is clearly the version from the atari 8-bit computer, not the atari 2600.

John Harris was a genius. One of the all-time best home arcade translations ever done for its day that still holds up even now. Heck, it looked and sounded better than the arcade version! Harris really knew how to unleash the Atari to its full potential. The later cartridge version from Parker Bros. had some minor aesthetic changes, but also took away the musical score.
