Idg why are people calling this a flan? flan=cake/pastry case filled with sweet or savoury filling. Japanese "purin" is essentially creme caramel.

maybe you didn't add enough condense milk or you added too much egg and stirred it wrong.

@Pokegirl3000 what?! Milk?! No no! O__O who told you that? Every flan MUST have condensed milk in it!! and make sure you stir it slowly and carefully! NEVER beat it or use a electric mixer (first time mistake orz was horrible)
