i do both. i airsoft twice a week and usually paintball once a month. paintball is expensive and a lot more fun and intimidating. airsoft is cheap and is also a lot of fun but a 15 year old kid does not have 40 bucks to buy paint every time he goes out so airsoft is a good compromise.

Yeah its mostly the newer inexperienced airsofters that do that they see something move and hold the trigger down for a good 7 seconds It helps if you think ok in real life you have like 10 to 15 rounds depending on what gun and magazine you have but am I going to waste half a mag to shoot one guy or am I going to go for the one shot one kill to conserve ammo I mean I know it's airsoft but you get the idea

@unreasonablebannana not too be a douche but JG makes lower quality internals generally, but also if you want decent quality great price internals on an AK with gorgeous finish and accurate look and feel for like 100-140 bucks, for 140 bucks you can get a cm036 that shoots 400-450 fps and is real accurate.

@unreasonablebannana Yeah, you can get some good guns for around $150. You just got to know what you're doing, I got an AK74s(full metal) a while ago and it shoots 380 out of the box (my local airsoft is 400 AEG max) and I've accurately hit people from 200ft+.

@eric12gunlover About same thing, but I was up behind my squad that got out, I ran when they went under fire of course, I'm the Sniper. I can't be hit. So I waited a few minutes and came up behind my squad, still sitting out, and wouldn't you know, someone shoots me within 4/5 feet and landed a BB right onto my goggles. And later he popped out and HEY! He was on Red team. Same as me. Accident's happen. At least you aren't dieing. So much for 10 foot rule.

my friend was using my gun and its a 400 fps co2 pistol, its between games and they're messing around with it, the first guy is done wit hwhat he was doing so he gave it to the 2nd guy, he thinks its empty, so disregarding any saftey precautions shoots him point blank in the arm, =-( he got chewed out by the victims mom.

I disagree. Mid-caps don't require winding and if you carry enough (like I carry 8) you will still have a lot of ammo. And I can still get a few kills per game if I don't blaze away on full auto with a giant mag.

Man, I've team killed before, but then again, our team was supposed to be wearing full woodland camo and one of our teammates just wore woodland pants with a black top, black harness and a paintball mask with some cords attached.

He was crouched down in a building and I could only see him through the window, took a few shots at him and then shortly died after. Saw him at the spawn point, didn't feel bad though, he should've been wearing the correct uniform.

In his defense I was stalking (sniping) further up ahead so he probably couldn't tell it was me. But the fact that I was aiming in the other team's direction should have been enough...I guess..I dunno.
