I dont see how this is a copy cat rather than the touch screen feature. It's common for other companies to imitate/expand upon the original. However, what I see is that this system actually did make an improvement on the graphics and has other nice features as well, not to mention the bump pad below the system. The 3d effect on the 3ds honestly hurts my eyes, and it slows down the system. Some games even use the 3d effect rarely and 3ds graphics havent been upgraded much either.

oh my god i cant wait until they show sport games like NHL, NBA, and FIFA on this thing, its gonna be so cool (unlike the crappy ones on psp) but ya i think this is good for the graphics and being so similar to a console, but the 3ds is great too because of the analog and nintendo ALWAYS has had games with good gameplay, even if the graphics arent as good as sony or microsoft

Nintendo doesn't have dual analogue sticks, Nintendo doesn't have a HD display, Nintendo doesn't have a multi-touch screen or rear touch pad, Nintendo doesn't have a friendlist, and Nintendo doesn't 3G. N-Gage used flash cards for games before the DS so explain how Sony is copying Nintendo

@DEANluxray I understand what you're saying about the price, mate. But the touch screens is what makes the PlayStation Vita so unique and sets it apart from other handheld consoles. It's definitely not going to be any DS/3DS or iPhone clone. The Vita is a totally different kind of console and without the touchscreens, it would just be a beefed up PSP with new add-ons.

@Puhdonkeydonk actually no, there's other gameplay footage on the web that proves the graphics are actually this good, not to mention the fact that it has a quad core cpu/gpu, which is basically minaturized 360 hardware (well not quite, but that gets my point across, and that is that it is a very powerful machine considering its size, and due to efficiency and low electricity usage by comparison, it could actually take on a 360 in terms of power)
