(1)Not such a Korean wave. It was created by Fuji tv network.They push almost forcibly to like Korean entertainment. If theres someone who questioned about it on TV, then they remove that person. Japanese are creating FAKE "copyright infringement" claims on youtube, which are blocking Korean related videos internationally.
DJ Masa is a perfect example. He is a Brazilian DJ who does Kpop mixes, but Japanese got his channel shut down. After a long dispute, his channel is up again.

I admit a very small segment of the Japanese population like Korean contents, just as many Korean girls love Arashi and SMAP. But you wouldn't say ARASHI or SMAP is booming in Korea. Similarly, we would never say K-pop is booming in Japan , just becuase only a small segment of the population loves it. And the fact is that a sizable proportion of the audiences were ethnic Koreans mobilized by ethnic Korean groups.

@nadesikolove It wasn't Korea that publicized. It's the market. Japan, Korea, and china recently stepped into free market trading without boundaries. At this state there's no way for Japanese economists and leaders that can stop it unless they blame themselves for it...but that's my own conspiracy theory which based on this train of thought would imply that business are simply trying to make huge money with this oppertunity by selling, promoting, publicizing, and marketing imported goods.

The Korean government gives a large amount of subsidy for contents export industries through KOCCA and PCNB. The management of domestic contents industries participating in disadvantageous competition are severe.
