yet, don't you agree with me that there should be english subtitles so that the majority of the public would fully understand and appreciate the movie ?

You cant prove the majority of us are anything (no offence). Bleach is a japanese product aimed primarily at the japanese people. Translations arent done legally by the producers of the OVA or the creator. There are plenty of english subtitled versions. My responce was to the person who was throwing a fit that the subtitle was not in english and that whatever language it was IN should be 'screw'[ed].
