I hated that E-Tank first time through with much intensity. When you get to the part behind the wall at the end it took me forever to figure out where to correctly bomb jump. Really annoying.

Also the blockage thing could have been destroyed by bombs. I'm guessing its just there to prevent you from skipping the Bomb Guardian from long ago.

I never tried to stand on a frozen metroid. You might be thinking about when I had to freeze a metroid and do a dash jump off it (which does not involve standing on it) to reach a ledge.

Don't you have to land on it to jump off of it?

No. Dash jumping off something means that you target onto it, do a sideways dash (the dodge move), and then loet go of L to break the lock. You keep your momentum and will continue to fly off in that direction until you land or hit something.

(you can't do that in MP2)

I must have a really bad memory, I thought you were targeting a missile to do the crazy jump thing while standing on a frozen Metroid.
