i have started this raw diet. it seems i have to eat quite a bit of it. But i started out with the Fruit Smoothie i put watermelon, carrots, bannana, blueberries, strawberry, blackberries, coconut milk, and orange juice. It is so good. oh dont forget the ice but it is very filling. Then i drank a bunch of water it last me a while but later in day i get hungry but the smotthie is soooooo good really ..

Coconut oil works for acne simply put it on ur face at night.

@quiananakia it is actually horrible for acne! but great for dry skin and for skin that has no glow. it very rarely works for acne and often exacerbates it so i wouldn't try it bc it can get way worse!

you should try the ors replenishing pak it is a great leaves you hair silky smooth. and there is nothing wrong with some bacon LOL just joking

@Diajinn i know im like sooo late but i tried it and fell in love with it!!! but then it stopped working on my hair for some reason :( idk why that is, but i started using their olive oile leave in lotion and i love it!

Bacon is pork as in PIG which is the nastiest animal. It resembles the caucosoid and it has these worms in it that do not DIE. many people are walking around with BRAIN issues and problems because of pork you can look that up on YT see worms in peoples BRAINS inside their body. Doc said because they may have eaten meat that was not cooked good. Well you could burn BACON, or Pork and the worms do not DIE they even leave in the smoke. So BACON is BAD for humans

Im worried cause i heard there were fakes out there and that for some ppl it didnt work and damaged there hair.
