theres a 3rd visible neighbourhood in interior world, up at the car showroom and cranberry station. also, if you go into the bayside boat school while you're in interior world, and out again, you land in the water. Get a boat, then spawn a jetpack and explore hologram world. Only be careful, theres edges you can fall off and its possible to fall forever....

I don't know what's a bigger fail... the fact that someone made a techno remix of "Sexy Back", or the fact you have no idea what this is...

Idiot. This is merely a secret area of the game where areas are coded to be used in cutscenes of certain missions. Areas not accesable through normal gameplay, like the inside of Ryder's house or this part of Vinewood, are simply coded and animated separately, and hidden below the actual game map.

This bug happens a lot of times...

The answer is that object in GTA can be seen in interiors and exteriors... when you are in LC and you go down the street you fall down to sf... the real sf... wat happens is that some objects can be seen in interiors and exteriors and others not (ex: you fall down in LC and you go to the CJ's gas station,people that are not in interiors but if they r in sf they can see you normaly and they see all objects but u dont cz u still inside interiros "world".
