well there was 4 or 5 main ones but you can split them up to 9 if you want to get real technical. the first one was 1095 or 96 to 1099. Now this where the Council of Clermont was held and Pope Urban II wanted the Jerusalem and the Holy Land under Christan control. So the crusaders ( among these where what is called People's Crusade) took Jerusalem and the crusaders kill about 40,000 unarmed women and children. Do you want be to tell you about the other crusades?
