It is because they are manuafactured to swirl one way :D
It is the way they position the rim jets :D

No it is washdown toilets, no swirl. also it is based on the toilet manufacture that places the rim jets.

I dont get it either. My mommy says if its yellow let it mellow, if its brown flush it down. It was neither. I'm confused.
