One of the Knesset members who supported the aid convoy to Gaza was suspended for her efforts, so they are tolerated as long as they toe the official line.Israel will ensure that there are never enough fully enfranchised Israeli Arabs to seriously challenge the status quo.
I have no doubt that the vast majority of Gazan would happily exchange their circumstances for those in most Arab countries.

Arabs are better off in places that are controlled by Jews or Christians than in places controlled by Arabs. The problems of the people of Gaza are the fault of the leadership of Gaza not the Israeli leadership. When rockets are no longer fired from Gaza and there is peace, than the lives of Gazans will quickly improve.

Not entirely true. There is an easy out for Israel in not granting citizenship and thereby effectively disenfranchising possible political opposition.
It is entirely possible that many Arabs are in fact better off in countries governed by non-Muslims, but people tend to want to be ruled by their own.
By the same token, Blacks under White rule in South Africa, were in many cases better off than elsewhere in Africa.
This does not excuse unjust racist policies.
