  • I love this i will do thsi in the patch if works

  • @Ronron5451 does it still work?

  • OMG ZERG OP!

    lol,

but really... This needs to be patched...

  • did they patch this?

  • DAT RANGE

  • holy shit !!!

  • that's a little bit OP...totally agreed with how people said the infested marines are "raining" and "waves", well i meant that much of dat unit just spoil the purpose of micro and especially the balance during the battle, coz they ill do a lot of damage in this case, while five/six infestor do not worth dat power, although they are meant to be effective through abilities and good micro, but not like this mass production :S glad this is beta. coz the current SC2 makes more sense.

  • O.O

  • So cool!!!

  • Its not a glitch dummies. The mass eggs have to be displaced. Herp derp.

  • Well thats fun... infested artillery shooting infested terrans... hmm...

    Zerg siege tanks anyone? :D

  • Yep it got patched. I just checked it.

  • @kingpet Good. That's pretty messed up. Lol

  • find the spot to launch them to enemy base, "our infested terran will block out the sun"

  • reinforce your army from afar! kinda like drop pods, but harder to aim and isn't campagn-only

  • Lol. Not of much practical use in a game, but still awesome.

  • i wana make a custom map and just have them fly all the way to the other side

  • thats crazy, is it fixed now?

  • you could use it if you fill almost all the place by the towers

so that most of the infested marines will be send in the bases

  • no wonder beta will have tons of bugs

  • It appears that we both have a resolution that sucks.

  • crazy !

  • lol

  • is this patched??

  • its not a glitch its more like a mechanism exploit... and no way someone would have 20 infestors in a actual ladder game lol

  • it's not glitch, it's an feature

  • YOU DID ENERGY CHEAT

  • @traxit947 No, he didn't, he had over 10 infestors in all the clips. all of them have full energy at 200/200, and at 25 energy a piece, each infestor can spawn 8 infested terrans, so with 10 you'll have 80, 20 infestors will give you 160 (if someone could figure out a way to lay down all of them at once that would be hilarious). And @chaosrave it is a glitch if you watched the ones near the end. Way out of vision, spawning infesteds, IMO no diff b/w mechanism exploit and glitch in that case.

  • @sec7or13

you can lay them all down at the same time...

select all infestors, hold shift, right click somewhere far, then hold T (hotkey for infested terrans), spam....

  • @mamafiloh thanks :3

  • lol bioball infested terrans

  • Now, imagine if he shift+queued the infested Terrans ability. 200 infested Terrans instant

  • so cool :O

  • lol it looks like you spawned banelings when they glitch-floated

  • patch yet?

  • dammit another awesome infestor glitch that was patched ....sigh

  • 1:33 theyre doing the wave :)

  • so cool

  • DO THE ZOMBIE WAVE!!!

btw, i was told that if you have infestors you can que them when you move so when they get to their spot they do em all at once.... but he's a strange person, so i dont know :*(

  • Wow thats universal spread

  • INFESTED TERRAN WAVE!

  • OMG At 2:09

  • LOL, the Infestors throwing the eggs all the way to the other Watchtower and across the map... man this was a funny glitch.

  • lol arthilarry

  • doesnt seem really usefull imo... but looks cool!

    thnx 4 sharing =)

  • Thats a lot of infested terrans with 10 infestors o.o

  • I think they're doing the wave as they die

  • Infested Terran(s) Launch Detected

  • 2:40 a few investors my ass XD

  • god, the infested marines are doing the wave.:)

  • Mexican Death Wave ftw

  • @AJknockV yeah i was just warning people, it makes snese they were sure to do it sooner or later, its that hidden nerf of neural parasite that really hurts me, it was sooo useful untill it got a fifteen second duration,

MMM neural the medvac, heal you hydras

mech neural... everything, mass infestor was zergs

    main counter to terran mech

thats why we never heard about it being OP in phase 1

  • Wow dood! That's an awesome glitch :3 Nice for reporting it! Keeping the game fair, nice one on you :3

  • Very kool find there! Gotta try that out

  • Throwing with all their might LOL

  • "completely ignoring the laws of gravity" i LMAO soo hard... HAHAHAHAHA

  • They better not fix this. I want to do this, it might make infestors more useful.

  • lol blizzard need patches

  • They should all sign up for shot-put challenges

  • DUDE THIS IS SO OP!!!

Imagine THOSE INFESTED TERRAN IN A BATLLE?!?!?!

    INFINITE ARMY?!?!?!?!?!?!

  • @sartigan943

So u have no clue of the game ;)

That many Infestor cost a ton of gas and minerals and u have NO standing army. So 1st thing as P or T u do is pull back untill the infested Terrans are gone. U go and attack again, when those infestors are low on energy and bring some detection with you. GG most of the time ;)

  • @Messiahs

you have 6 infestors... in the main, all minfested marines, your main is over.... or a LOT of your batiments AND army is taken down...

  • @sartigan943

    Detection... -.-*

  • @Messiahs

and... 6 infested terran... 48 infested terran with 6 range and 8 attack and 50 hitpoints...

if you have 10... 80 infested terran!!!

i mean its kind of balanced because zerg have no real cloak or harassment units but c'mon... hellions destroy drones... infested terran destroy your main...

and infestors energy goes pretty fast...

  • @sartigan943 Wall/detection

  • whats ur ingame name? i wanna add u

  • lmao ignoring the law of gravity

  • LMAO IT'S RAINING MEN! HALLELUJAH!

  • @Armalizilto hahahaha

  • @Armalizilto Infested Men that deepthroat tentacles, mind you.

  • they better fix this

  • well, with infested terran being put to overseers and nerfed to cost 125 energy this is probs no longer of any use.

  • amazing

  • Wowowow, but will this work if you fill the highground with other units? I'm gonna test this l8ter....

  • Nice

  • Cute!

  • why the hel are they able to produce that much??

  • @AtomicDoorknob Well the ability is kind of weird, each infestor has 200/200 energy points, 1 infested terran only costs 25 energy. They're so cheap and fast because they're relatively weak, slow, and have limited life spans. If they slowed down the ability it would make it worse then it already is - it is barely used in the beta. Blizzard will probably fix the bug and keep the rate of spawns the same. Or maybe scrap the ability all together. It really is kind of useless.

  • @AJknockV Ahh i see....i could just imagine that near your mineral line and eww *shudders*

  • @AJknockV actually, i have seen this beign pretty usefull harrassing mineral lines on the border of maps :o

  • @AJknockV it has a use now, worker harass castable while burrowed+move burrow=amazing

  • @AJknockV IF you Dont HAVE ANTI AIR ITS THE BEST ANTI AIR IF YOU DONT HAVE ANY!

  • @AJknockV i did have a teammate who was able to completely take down the income of my enemies because they didn't have troops in the base at that moment

  • @AJknockV infested terran are actually really powerful. burrow into an enemy base and bomb their entire mineral line, blocking them all in. they do pretty good damage too.

  • @AJknockV Not exactly. Some players use the infestors ability as harassment to the mineral line. Knowing your comment was 4 moths ago I'm guessing you have found that out already. :D

  • @AJknockV IF you look at it now, infestors are used to burrow and then they spawn infested marines within the opponent's base. The base pretty much falls very easily when the marines reach a critical mass. Its insane.

  • @AJknockV ironic because it turns out that infestors are one of the most powerful zerg units against terran and light air/ voids today

  • @AJknockV hm... i think this ability is really usefull to throw some units on an enemys cliff... >.>

  • @AJknockV Useless? I beg to differ. It can mean the world when fighting say.. 20 Zealots with charge, Vs. 10 Hydras, and 5 Infests. You can spawn the Infested Terrans to act as meat shields while the Hydras hammer down the Zealots. One of my favorite strategies. My friend that, for some reason, always tries to mass Zealots hates me 'cause every time I play him, I just use this, and rape him. He HAS come up with a partial counter to it. IF you up the Zealots they do significantly better Vs. them

  • @AJknockV It is not useless but is AMAZING! 5-6 Infestors can easily summon enough infested terran to kill an expo while underground and the opponent can do nothing to stop you. It only works once a match but then you have all those infestors who make great for fungal or to hit an unprotected expo easy

  • @AJknockV I love reading this comment a year later, showing that everything that people thought about infestors in the beta was totally wrong.

  • @AJknockV what if you sneak infestors into the enemy main and want to take down tech? fungal growth cant do that, and they'll kill the workers as well, also the ability can be used while burrowed

  • @AtomicDoorknob A major part of this is because, as you can see around 3:50, this video is using a modified Infestor that regenerates energy about 5 times as fast. But you can still get 8 per Infestor normally.

  • @AtomicDoorknob and he was either cheats or something

  • @AJknockV Subbed, gonna watch for that video tomorrow.

  • Going to try this out!

  • thats pretty awsome: does it work if you fill up a given highgroud with say zerglings? or another zerg unit holding position? if so then this actually might have some very rare but significant ingame actual uses.
