I like both of those bands, but they are METALCORE bands, and these guys are progressive death metal, which is way more hardcore than metalcore.

@JMS1493 I think you misunderstood. "Hardcore" is an actual musical genre mang, from where extreme metal derived from in a lot of ways. Since metalcore is about 50/50 metal and hardcore, it is technically speaking more hardcore than prog death. ;D

Now think about it this way, if one of us (you or I) was to be wrong in our beliefs, which would have more significant repercussions? I would have no repercussions if wrong.
