  • how carps affect your life dumb ass let carps alive sucker

  • wat bait do u use to atract carp over 8 pounds i go on a feeder cage with cheap ground bait and two red maggots on the hook and only seem to be catching 4-6 pound carp and i just wish i could have a carp over 8 pound on my hook write back thanks =)

by the way some great fish you caught thier what lake do u normally fish at?

  • hawgs big time!!!!!!

  • 2:20 wtf is that dog doing

  • just started carp fishing but not caught over 19lb yet .some nice fish there.

  • carp are the best gamefish in fresh water.

  • Carp as pests where i come from. We kill all of them no matter what size. You guy think its the best game fish coz u have chased anything else. Like perch, cod, yellas, TC etc

  • they're considered pests where I come from b/c many fishermen are not that smart, and tend to follow popular senitment. Carp are one of the best game fish in freshwater, far better than trout bass salmon or even pike. musky are more thrilling b/c they are hard to catch. I have caught all of those mentioned, btw. The only thing in freshwater that tops carp is giant catfish or sturgeon. Sturgeon is king of freshwater game fish.

Tarpon, billfish, shark, thats saltwater big game - another league.

  • carp are really crap to eat tho. And they are easy to catch we get about 5 an afternoon on avg. Cod and yellowbelly are good freshwater fish. Barramundi are awesome fish too. Shit all over carp

  • they're good catfish bait. what are freshwater cod? burbot? and yellowbelly? walleye? walleye are like dragging in a floppy stick. they are good to eat though. you need 6lb line with a 10lb walleye to get even the hint of a fight. a 20lb carp on 14lb line can take up to 20 minutes to land. carp only tase good in spring after ice out.

  • murray cod have been descirbed as the ultimate freshwater game fish. they can get far larger than any other freshwater fish and have been recorded up to 1.8 metres. They are a lifeitme goal for some anglers to land one over a metre. In australia carp are pests. they are an introduced species that feed on natives and swirl up all the mud on the bottom of the river or lake. This takes all the oxygen out of the water kiling sometimes hundreds of native fish, they are all killed upon capture

  • @gibson787 that is an awesome looking fish. Wish I could try and catch one of those.

  • how the fuck do you brits eat this shit the carp

eat fucking shit, smell like shit , and pretty much are a big piece of shit..

  • and who are you. some american. by judging by your name your from liverpool and OBVIOUSLY not english. dont like this country go back to your own

  • we dont fish them for food you dumb shit lol trust you americans to always be thinking about food lol respect the carp

  • we just eat it...

  • wat bait???

  • best fish in the world to fish !

  • you must be really strong to juust hold 200+ fish straight out for a long time theres no way they weighed as much as you said

  • they all say 20+ pounds your seeing the l in lb. as a one

  • alright guys. i have never caught a catfish but am looking to go fishing them soon. can anyone give me some ideas on baits? also what lb line would you suggest and would u recommend any fisheries that are good for catfish an d decent sized carp? cheers, dave.

  • your a good example for not killing the poor fish... put it on display on a huge aquarium so people can appreciate it more..

  • i aplaud to the peeps who dont kill the animals for the sport isnt catching these huge fih enough of a trophy and hsaring your experience with other people good? question those who think you can kill anything for the fun of it :/

  • the beginning looks like the river i fish such buety it would be a damn shame if this economy in america is going to shit but i think it already has such a damn shame GOD BLESS AMERICA she needs u more than ever

  • thats bullshit i fish for bass all the time there agressive nature makes for easy picking and carp are naturally weary so you have to stalk them oh and hicksville there realy smart and hard to catch as well trust me i live here wll more like mex town here in cali

  • what part in bedford you do carp fishing?? let me know aswell I am new in Bedford!!

  • get a clue dickhead they probably dont take much to catch in hicksville, fucurmothertown, where u butcher them , but in europe they take a lot of effort and hard work to catch on of theese sizes [and you dont get bass in milton keynes twat][unless ur in tesco.] well done on theese fish mate top angling

  • you know what they say... Poor bass fishermen make great carp fishermen. Sorry. Just can't applaud catching a fish that will eat anything and requires no effort to catch. Yawn.

  • where i live carp are very hard to catch, they are very elusive and put up a much much harder fight than any other fish i have had on, have you ever had a carp on in your life?

  • no effort?you chatting shit you retard.if you got nothing decent to say, then say nothing .know for a fact that bass are alot stupider than carp, just like you.

  • You mean eat anything, as in how a bass will eat a neon tube of plastic with three giant dangling treble hooks attached to it. Damn a fish would have to want to eat anything to ingest that.

  • @thereaper75 you don't live to be 100 years old by being stupid...Carp can actually live to be that old. And trust me, carp and not the easiest to catch.

  • @thereaper75 dude i would much rather catch a 30lb carp than that wimpy 5lb bass anyway

  • @thereaper75 mmm nothing compares to a minute of reeling in a bass huh?

Ill take my 10 minute carp fights anyday.

  • nice vid mate, check mine out if u like. (uk carp angling - chart fishery, specimen carp

  • your a good guy, leting them go, we should preserve, not kill. my hat goes off to you sir, keep it up

  • I liked the last part most of all! u gotta drink for that fish man! I had one bottle of VODKA 4 my biggest sturgeon!

  • i saw some carp like that around 30 pounds you could see the silouhette in the water of a small reservoir...whenever they moved there would be a big wake behind them it was insane

  • Hi im from milton keynes and i just wondered what lake u was cacthing carp in, at milton keynes ???

  • Hey when i was touring the city of bath, there were these massive fish swimming around in the river...so like are these the fink I saw?

  • good man, you let the fish go!

  • sweet, what bait did you use

  • to all People in Oz, carp in the UK & Europe don't destroy the habitats they live in,they live side by side with other fish with no problems. They eat no more than most other species do! They don't originate from UK either but we like them, they fight hard and it's big business here and you are missing out.

  • When I was a kid in North Carolina we fished for lake carp which we called "red horse".. They were very much a food fish except for the really huge ones. They have a gamey taste which can be mitigated with vinegar. Carp stew was a big event in the early winter. It had a fishy taste but was chock full of vegetables and other seasonings.

  • Some big carp wow. Cool vid.

  • for all you people in the states and australia, you have to understand that in the UK people actually fish for them and do not throw them in the bushes for them to die. Its just like ur bass fishing or whatever you people fish for, so just shut up with all your bullshit about killing carp, its boring.

  • It's called spell check buddy, live it, love it, USE IT, your grammar as well as your opinions just make you, as well as your country look as backwater as you really are.

  • The world is not going to end if we misspelled a word

  • the carp are overpopulated in the US of A which is

why they don't care if you never toss them back

because they are an invasive species anyhow.

  • any of you interested i fishingontheebro dot com

  • distruiu

  • i no carp r nasty! they r junk fish. i can never catch carp i only get them wen i hook them on the side

  • ur fucking stupid man u dont keep carp, they are all slimy and shit and they eat the grosest shit, plus they have 2 many bones to properly fillet u just waste meat and its not worth it.

  • you can't eat em so why kill em

  • Different countries have different laws regarding carp fishing. Anyway, nice fish! I'd love to catch one of those lunkers.

  • nice arent theu beautifull and 2007vo if u think its illegal to put carps back thATS NOT TRU! and if i see u kill a carp in a vid from urs ill kill u

  • your not allow to put those thing back to the water it's illegal dont people know that. stupid

  • is not illegal stupid

in my country what is illegal is keep them

  • this is the uk mate. carp are ok here, we don't kill them.

  • you fucking idiot its a carp were in england of couurseyou can put them back there wouldent be any left if every one keept the fish the caught jack ass

  • dumd shit, shut the fuck up no one ask? you

  • Yeah big carp, nice to catch but here in Australia It is illegal to put them back in the water as they are one of the reasons our native fish stocks are shrinking in numbers. These fat buggers eat the eggs of native fish and because they eat of the bottom they stir up silt and mud that covers the eggs also. A good wild carp is a dead one. Music on Vid is by Chicane if interested.

  • oh, and good music too

  • um......thats not a 1, its an L....

  • What, 200 plus pounds?? They are all around 30pounds and you can see a few of them breathing...

    Nice catches man!

  • they are over 200 plus pounds and he can hold them up without being tired more like stuffed fishes

  • nice fish, nice attitude and awsome soundtrack ;)

    have fun catching them!

    have more fun enjoying nature!!

  • niiiice fish! Where about is bedford did u catch them?

  • Oh Snap!!!!!! those are some big Mothas!!!!

  • your carp are much fatter than our wild carp here in the United States.

  • I'm jealous :-( I'm also eons away from any Carp as I live in Devon, Alberta, Canada. Did catch some 20 pound plus fish in Lake Ontario, in the current at the nuclear power plant outflow. You learn pretty quick that you have to palm the reel (8 pound test) and let 'em have as much line as they want. In the current, that is just like trying to reel in a bus, some of the most exiting fishing I have ever done.

  • In Canberra Australia it is illegal to release the carp back.. they are a pest

  • i am aware of that.

But here we love them and treat them with the respect all living things deserve

  • ooo, snap

  • hey why r they a pest? I dont get it plz explain

  • They are classed as pest because they are not indigenous to the conutry.

They are pigs and will eat anything and they are said to destroy any habitat they get into.

Complete rubbish if you ask me!!

  • ohh I C what u mean thanx alot

  • its a private syndicate lake mate.Bedford is full of big carp, fish over 30 in most decent lakes there.

im sure you will come across one soon

  • Where about in bedford did u fish?!? Ive never caught anything near that size!! :O

  • good job you put them back ^__^

  • wow there are some amazing fish there you are nearly as good as me.
