i went so a site were the wolrd champ guy that does crazy stuff held his breath for 17:03 on opra and he told how after about 1hr i can get my heart rate to 64 a min and a little or 2mins holding my breath pm me if u want the steps on how to do it. afer a week or so i plan to be able to hold for 4mins
