Before and After so far........

I had my surgery two days ago... home now and i feel fine and in no pain at all, maybe a little discomfort but thats all... pre op your video inspired me thank you ..

I went from 236 to 138 in 14 months. that was 5 yrs ago. but hunger got the best of me and im back up to 216.I wish i could afford sugery. cause i cant get control of my appetite again. I do for a month maybe.ill loose 10-15 lbs then over eat again.if i could just some how alieviate the hunger with out eating, I continue exercising but my food intake is way to high.has anyone ever tried those fullbar diet bars they advertize that supposedly fill you up?im thinking of trying them

Aw I am not skinny but thank you! I walk. That's it for now I walk 30 min to an hour and I just started using a cardio glide machine. Eating I eat meat (pork and chicken) TONS of veggies especially dark green veggies. Soups...um...pasta. I think that is it. I don't snack. I caught myself snacking at like 9-10pm and I cut that quick. If you have ay other ?'s feel free to ask I will happily answer.

I am soooooooo happy you can tell in the face my eyes seem more alive now. LOL I love that sweater but it is to big now I wore it for my 21st b-day and it was SUPER tight and now to big no inbetween for me I guess lol! Thanks for the support!
