This was very helpful. I still use my cast iron and ss mostly but as you said, eggs are just not easy in ss, and I don't like using my cast for a few eggs.

i purchased the earthchef today... made a great first impression... i may buy another for back-up because it's gonna be used very frequently. and it's on sale this week.

just as good if not better than teflon without the toxicity.

was goin to buy a zojirushi brand, i realise many rice cooker r teflon too but i need one for my mum she cooks for whole family
