I was the 4th guy in line going in (you interviewed me)... the problem was if you had a corporate discount on your plan (FAN discount) it would tell you to go to the AT&T store and it would give an IVU error... the first guy had that and so did we. We called AT&T in the store, they took it off right then, and then the purchase went through just fine. They sent him and his mother out tho before we could tell them to wait. Ouch.
