  • My Favorite Bond, Roger Moore FOREVER

  • Roger Moore is definitely most modest and friendly Bond.

  • Sean Connery forever

  • My favorite Bond as well...and I grew up with Sean Connery as Bond. And of course, Moore's work as The Saint is legend here in the U.S.

  • I got Roger Moore's Autograph in November 2008. I said hello, He signed my Auto. His Wife Nodded at me out & Smiled. I nodded Politely at her and acknowledged her as a Person. Mr. Moore adn I shook hands. Then as he left with his wife.I Told him to" get home Safely, Sir". His exact words to me as I caught him offguard were, " Why , Thank You." It is very hard to Forget that. His Thick Voice spoke with Sincerity. I guided him and his Wife down the stairs to Skip he , Dirty Cargo Service Elevator

  • The Brasil people love you !!

  • the best man of all time,Roger Moore

  • @lolwut121 Roger Moore was MY James Bond. He always will be. Sean Connery IS James Bond. But when he was new to the part for Audiences to meet 007 for the First Time when James Bond was New it was half a Generation before me. James Bond 007 : The One ands Only Roger Moore. Suave, Sophisticated, Classy ands Gentlemanly and Utterly Handsome. His Portrayal as Mr. Bond was Warm and Friendly, Ice Cold, Dangerous, and Slightly Comical .

  • Roger Moore est mon modèle identitaire...je suis un fan absolu depuis "amicalement vôtre"...

  • roger moore had the misfortune of getting some of the poorer bond films.i think that was the real problem, not him.but the best bond and i never thought i would say this was actually pierce brosnan because he just seems so comfortable in the role.he may not shine in 1 particular area but he covers enough of each needed quality .anyway i like roger moore i would like 2see some saints episodes.and as some1 already noted roger moore does seem very approachable.

  • what a cool guy

  • My all time favorite James Bond...

  • Roger Moore is my favourite actor and the best Bond of all!

  • I just wish more had been a tough Bond :)

  • @amarsbarr

I get what you're saying. His films were the "Bond comedies". There's much to be said for how we are attracted to people with a sense of humor. It's very difficult to pull off "tough" and "funny" in the same character/movie. Maybe that's why fans enjoy Connery's 007 so much. He was tough with a dry sense of humor. Very likable combination. Ian Fleming didn't want Connery, but Fleming was won over by Connery's on-screen charisma. That's why one of 007's parents is Scottish.

  • Roger is a good actor

  • Roger Moore is one of the greatest actors ever. He's my favorite Bond actor too, the only that had the humorous touch of the caracter, wich it wasn't shown in the others.

  • he is the best bond

  • Roger Moore is a very bad actor

  • Great actor and man.

I loved all of his films and many many Tv Series ..........

  • my namesake

  • As James Bond, he was a wonderful Simon Templar.

  • Ha Ha!

    Funny & true!

  • I met Roger Moore once and he was very friendly and approachable. I have been a great fan of his ever since.

  • when did you meet him?

  • My wife and I were in London when we found ourselves outside the Odeon , Leicester Square and almost literally bumped into him. I apologised and he replied " No harm done". He recognised my Welsh accent and said. " That's a broad Welsh accent". "What part of Wales do you come from?" He was so friendly, there was nothing aloof or stand-offish about him, a really nice man. That brief encounter with Roger Moore was in 1977 and I've been a great fan of his ever since.

  • 1977 was when The Spy Who Loved Me came out wasn't it?

  • I am not an expert on the James Bond films, but yes The Spy Who Loved Me was released in 1977. Whilst I am a big fan of Roger Moore's I particularly enjoy all his television work. I loved The Saint, Ivanhoe and of course, Maverick. I also like some of the films he's appeared in such as The Wild Geese, North Sea Hijack and Shout At The Devil. How did you come to be such a big fan of Roger Moore's?

  • I'm not sure really, I just watched an episode of The Saint one day and have been a huge fan of his ever since!

  • @shamudreamer indeed it was :D

  • @shamudreamer yes it was
