I love this song, but I didn't even realize that this was an actual hit song on the radio till the Summer of 1990, because the very first time I heard this song was on the old short-lived NBC series of BAYWATCH back in February of 1990. So now this song makes me think of the episode of BAYWATCH when Mitch Bucanon(David Hasselhoff)starts dating Hobie's teacher(Sherilyn Wolter), which original air date was 2/9/90 in fact.

They needed Peter to reach the high notes and there's no doubt he's a terrific singer. But Chicago made Peter not the other way around. He was the last one to join and asked to sit in w/them.
