Aww I really like candles but I'm afraid I might burn my house down... :( do u accompany ur candles? Can I out the candle in a tall jar? Lol it will look weird but I don't like babysitting candles.

Hi Victoria, I have a problem! I trimmed a wick on my candle way too short, and now I cannot get it to light! I tried to kind of dig it out a bit, but now the wick is almost covered in wax so it won't light. Any suggestions? Thank you!!!

@ellenicole6 take your fingers and rub all sides of the wick and it should light and burn fine hon... :)

i have heard the candle warmer helps to last the candles longer. How much longer? Do you recommend to burn those big candle bowls on the warmer too?

@estoniaforever the warmers do not make the candle last any longer then if you were to burn it and we do not suggest warming the larger bowls. :)

How many hours would you suggest we let your comfort candles burn for the first time? I know you usually say one hour for each inch in diameter, but they are very wide jars, so I wasn't sure if that rule still applied. Thanks :)

yes the same rule applies... an hour for every inch in diameter.. .those jars are appox. 3 inches in diameter. :)

yay! i told her to keep an eye out for them. She's really excited too, cause she loves candles. We have one burning all the time, but now i know how to take care of them =) no more burning them for hours and hours without trimming the wick!

I'm almost done burning a cinnamon donuts candle and it's burned beautifully allt he way to the bottom, no wax left on the jars and smells heavenly...this was a very good explanation of candle care!

i know it says on ur website, but how do you keep the wick from smoking really bad after you blow it out (i didn't really get it...something about putting ur finger up to it or dipping it or something)...and i hate that it ruins the good smell with the gross smoke smell!

You can use a wick dipper, or dip the wick slightly in the wax... those are the two most common ways..:)

Hi Sweetie... I do make soy candles but ordered yours because since we PCS'd from Japan I dont even have my craft room set up. :( I burn candles every night and lovin yours. :) I did get the smoke a tad but I knew from being a candle maker that they were highly scented which I LOVE. :) Will review soon sweetie. :)
