ichigo is 16-17 years old and toshiro is about about 30-50 years old. other captains are 90-170. age differently than humans oviously but notice even with decades more experience with life and battle the captains still respect ichigo's teenage level experince and notice he is as strong as many of the captains.....he's got serious talent or they have been slacking in training for years. bleach timeline and character ages are off a bit.....think about it!!!!!!!!
