I know a company that is coming out with 3 relatively soon. We have been working on this set for some time now. The common theory of most honing guides is "One Guide to rule them all....", unfortunately that isn't really the best option. We are coming up with a system that will provide the most accurate edge you could possibly get from a honing guide. Stay tuned...
That is interesting. For me a good honing guide
gives the feeling like you are freehand sharpening.
The eclipse is close, but it would be nicer if the
cutting edge could be closer to the wheel, less
weight and a better quality wheel. I'll buy a couple
too! Any idea when we can expect this new honing guide
