If that works download and put the new firmwares on the root of the memory card and start fresh from there.

I lost my nds & sav files for my R4i, how can I recover it? When I played a game it it froze so I restarted it and came back to it the screen was black and the top said "Menu?" I recheck it to see if my files are still there in the computer and it's empty, all the files are gone but it's read as full disk, why? I need help, if somebody can.

I found a way to solve the problem but it is to buy a new card :( The new M3I zero for the dsi solved the problem and the kernel is updatable so any update for the dsi system: they will counter it. Personnaly I trust the m3 team cuz they cracked the PSP and in like 1 week they found the problem with the Dsi update so i bought there card I will have it in about 2 week^^

FUCK!! My SD 2GB just went nuts!! I was playing Castlevania Dawn Of Sorrow and the game crashed so I turned it off and then on again and it said CAN'T FIND _DS_MENU.DAT!!! I checked on my PC and even though the space being occupied by the files in the SD was still the same (1.74GB), THERE WERE NO FILES IN IT!!! It was blank, I panicked and went WTF and downloaded the latest Kernel 1.18 I think and now it loads but it's still blank and I have only 140 MB space! PLEASE HELP ME I'M DESPERATE!!

try to format it and try again. If that doesn't work, burn it, eat it, make it explode with dynamite or just throw it away, and get a new microsd card. They aren't that expensive.

Close up the DSTT, selotape it together and hey presto, the DSTT card started working for me.

Now it looks REALLY Cheap.....but at least i got mine working. hope this helps.

(sorry, I don't know the technical term) square rectangular chip at the top right hand corner of the DSTT card. It is this that is loosely connected to the PCB board. My method of fixing it was to cut up small squares from a small piece of paper, stick them onto a corner of DSTT white plastic case which you would have just taken off, and use this to apply pressure to the chip.

Mine was screwed up... Badly...

I had a white screen most of the time when I turned it on, sometimes it would load the Nntendo DS on the screen and then freeze or go to the animated sd card face and then freeze. No joke it took me an hour to get the menu to load (did it while watching tv). But yeah, it works

10 out of 10. works a treat. I only had the one card so it took me dozens of boots of the DS to finally get the TT menu to come up (dozens & dozens of times so be patient) but after it did I ran the "fakerecovery.nds" once & it hans;t missed a beat.

if u hav downloaded DSTTRecovery.exe. then installed it. just drag the fakerecovery.nds to the root of ur dstt card. then just turn on ur dstt look for fakerecovery.exe on the ds and run it. it will tell u to press a. the press a again. wait a a couple of seconds, and it should say completed or something like that
