@SuperCooltapes It depends on your play style. If you're no good against the Fallen, then you're not going to do all that well against the Krampus seeing as the Krampus is an almost exact copy. Northernlion has had some difficulties with the Fallen in the past, so it's natural he'd find the Krampus tricky.

I've been having odd cases of duplicate items like your double CHAD moment, I've fought Headless Horsemen twice and both dropped Pony, Fought Gish WITH Gish, and got a HP up, I'm just waiting to see double brimstone

What if, assuming you want to do more attempts at speed runs, you try out Cain; he has the lucky foot which allows you to have no negative effects on pills and also helps increase drop rates in rooms along with slot machine and the other gambling mini game. His damage is a little less then Judus but he is a nice idea.

I know Brimstone scales with damage because i got it on The Caves 1 as Eve(no damage ups) and it did pretty much NO damage

Hopefully in future speedruns you can find the Shovel item on the 1st floor. Adding Brimstone and the Battery will then ensure the you beat Satan in less than 10 minutes. But only the luckiest person alive will get this build. Cain has high speed making him a good character to choose.
