Allow yourself to see that only NOW truly matters. Just be who you are right this moment, which is, pure awareness.

Burt, he probably already knows this, he needs a method of stopping these thoughts. His ego has turned on his SELF, and he needs methods to reverse this condition. 12zz334, do you meditate? Have you ever stopped thought? Why did you involve yourself in past life exploration, what are you searching for in the past, that is probably available to you in the present. The search for past lives, is an ego exercise.

here to explore your past life experiences,

you are here to learn something that you have

failed to learn in your earlier manifestation.
