What's up with all the idiots saying Kobe, LeBron, Paul Pierce, etc. are pure shooters? Those guys aren't pure shooters, they are scorers who dominate with the ball in their hands. And Nash is a play maker. Pure shooters move without the ball and play off it, like the guys in this video as well as Kyle Korver, James Jones, Mike Miller, etc. and going back farther to guys like Larry, Reggie, Dale Ellis, Glen Rice, etc. You people seriously need to brush up on your basketball knowledge.

Nash has a higher shooting percentage than Ray Allen but Nash's (as far as I know) 3pt shot attempt is only half of Ray's total attempt throughout both's career. That's why you can't call Nash a pure shooter because he's more of a pure point guard. Not dissing on Steve Nash bro. Just wanna clarify.

Nash is a starter and Redick is not. So by analogy, for example if Nash averages 20ppg for 35mins Redick won't get that same average if he only gets about 8-10min per game.

Nash is overlooked a lot for his shooting ability, but he's one of the most efficient shooters in the game. I don't think Stojakovic is featured enough anymore to be on this list, and I think Michael Redd is/has been overrated if you look at his numbers when you're talking about the best shooters.

He had a decent round one, a great round 2 vs lakers, and then fell apart in the conference finals, and couldn't hit the broad side of a barn. He lost his touch when the Mavs needed him most. Rick stuck with him hoping he would get his shot back, but when it didn't come, and he was playing shitty defense, he got sat down.
