wait a minute, This show, Kids next door (created by Mr. Warburton) was animated by the same person who animated pepper ann (created by Sue Rose). Pepper ann was about a girl in 7th grade. this show was about kids who would fight with adults and teens. So what if....this guy was giving a big taunt towards sue rose, by using the same animater and making the show about fighting teens and adults since pepper ann was about a girl who was preteen and in 7th grade!! =O
