Absolutely. I think fundamentalism is the biggest problem within Christianity. I 100% believe in Jesus, that He is God's son and the Bible is His word. I just don't think we have to have a stick up our ass about it and I don't at all believe we should add to the Bible (ei: dancing is not a sin, so don't try and add to what God said and turn it into one).

Can you briefly describe what parts you accept as literal and what parts are just metaphors or just figures of speech? How about the virgin birth & the resurrection? Do you consider them to be literal as opposed to just metaphors and why?
