actually dhalsim isnt dat hard of a character to master,if you are a sf fan since before 3rd strike zoning shouldn't be difficult for you. if you know zoning and spacing then you could easily learn dhalsim. dont get me wrong he is difficult to pick up if your new to the series but viper still tops him in the difficulty. there are many difficult characters in the game akuma, dan, seth, dhalsim, even guile is some wat difficult to play as. but, there moves arent super unsafe like vipers.

Ken is a hado character people are use to playing him as for Viper she is completly new. Another reason y i belive her to be more difficult to master then ken is cause everybody knows she is. just read the prima strategy guide for ssf4

Crimson is one the hardest players to master in my opinion. She doesn't have cheap projectiles, dive kicks, or easily connecting special moves. Her moves and combos take precision and leaves her wide open. It is because her hits do so little damage, that she can stun more frequently.

To answer Splosh999 question on how to do repeated Seismic Hammer. First do a normal or EX Seismic Hammmer, then right when she slams the ground, input DF, DF, U and punch. The 1st Seimso must hit or be blocked in order for it t repeat. It it whiffs, then it will not repeat. Timings the hardest part, at first I just kept super jumping straight up. I've done up to 6 before with the Ps3 controller but not consistantly. I imagine it's no problem with a stick once you get the timing down.

Down-Foward, Down-Forward, up and punch should be universal on gamepads and sticks. Probably pretty tough to do on 360 d-pad since it's so spongy. You can also do Seismo by pressing df, df punch, don't have to do f, d, df punch. Reply if you have questions, it took me awhile to learn.

bull to the shit pro's use everything at their disposal to win no matter if it's op or w/e. the reason you dont see random ultras is because it's too risky. one of the things that makes a character high tier in this game is their ability to combo into ultra, just look at ryu, sagat, rufus, and boxer they all have easy, high damaging set ups for ultra
