There are women out there who are tough and have male like brains, but nothing stops them from wanting to try in any tough sport. If they were as tough as the elite men, they would qualify. In fact, women in their early 20's earn more than men nowadays - its only into their 30s that they earn less. Why? Because of maternity leave.
