Thanks but you've gotten everything confused. Bm is not 23442, it's 224432 or xx4432 depending on how you want to play it, but the 3 is definitely not in front of the 4. Then the second chord after that you say is x12 10 10 10 x, but it doesn't look like you're playing that at all. It looks more like x 10 12 12 12 x.
