thats because mate ur mini moto is takeing in too much petrol on the side of ur carb there is a gold screw with a spring on it try un doing it by half a turn and then see how it runns as that gold screw is air and petrol control and ur takeing to much petrol makeing the bike rev makeing the will turn so when u open up the screw u will take in a more air and less petrol just got to get the mixture wright!!
