How to find the Ninja Outfit In Dead Rising 2: off the Record

how do you get into the safe house in sandbox mode... do you have to find the keys or what? pls help

@paddysauce yes it does do the ninja ability's, but you must wear the whole Ninja outfit to get the ability's unlike dead rising 2 with chuck greene and wearing one piece would give you the ability now its the whole set sadly, but still very helpful to have this one. I will be posting Soldier and Psychopath outfits soon i have the video just not done with editing.
