do they have a color version of the mca tv logo from the 50's. for some paramount movies in color. the rights to pre-1947 movies from paramount revert over to CBS Television Distribution.
I saw that the 1992 Universal logo plastered it over on some movies and the one from the late 1990's plastered it over on others. It even plastered over the last copies on VHS tapes. Somone said it is still available on MCA Discovision tapes though.
This was originally shown before the beginning of virtually every pre-1948 Paramount feature film shown on TV after 1956, because MCA bought the rights to that film library from Paramount (A VERY SHORT SIGHTED DECISION ON THEIR PART!), and made a fortune from leasing those movies to TV ever since!

You saw that in the early 80s? I was born in the early 80s (1980), so I doubt that had I seen it even on WJAC, WTAJ, WATM, WWCP, or other TV stations that I would recall it. But then again I have a very good memory.

That was misleading music, because I beleive they used it for every show, including comedies. It makes you think you are about to watch a war film.

Actually I researched it and the one she posted is the opening MCA Arrowhead logo. The one you posted is the MCA Arrowhead closing logo.
