its not crappy. its not, ya know, an iphone, but its not crappy. phones aren't meant to be dropped. if you drop it, the back pops off and the battery comes out, which you can easily put back in and put the back back on.

you have to get sony ericsson media manager, hook up your phone to the USB cord, and place any songs you like on the manager and click transfer. its on page 20 of the manual. but be careful, something bad happened to mine when i tried, i have to get it fixed now. possibly get a new 350:(

I guess this phone is only good for having as an extra phone. Ya know? In case your phone breaks and you don't have the insurance, it's good to have as a backup until you can upgrade or get a much better phone.

receiving signals isnt too good, but everything else is okay i suppose. camera's 1.3 mp? not that clear, and "night mode" really doesnt help in dark situations.

the soft plastic covering the back of the phone can easily be scratched off, and i find the little flip on the front of the phone inconvenient.

DONT BUY THIS PHONE! i had this, and they sim card tray stopped working, sent it back, they took from the 22nd of december 2008 till 28th january to decide to replace the phone, i got it back, and they phone is still broken. its going back to the shop this weekend for a refund because sony is no help at all when it comes to fixing things. the speaker is quiet, and the keypad isnt well designed (it feels like its coming away at the edge) and it also turns purpal when in sunlight. hate this thing

Ive had mine 3 months, the sticker at the top that says sony ericsson that the persons voice comes through came off, and its so cheaply built, i dropped it 10 times (not in a row) and the that enables you to use the WALKMAN broke off, so i cant lock it. Its a piece of crap phone, built cheaply, bt good RAM and memory. its good when it comesw to themes, and other phone crap, but when it comes to body, avoid using non AT&T sims with it. Itll make it really scrwwy. Point? Dont buy this crappy phone

I know it supports 900,1800, and 1900, but doesnt' have 850.

I heard that in the US, there are 2 frequecies, 850 and 1900, but i don't know if it requires both to work; because I'm using a samsung phone that has the same triband and does not have good signal. I don't know if it's because of the service provider or the frequency that cause this.

I have this phone. (: I love it. It's so thin, which means no huge ass pocket bulges. The only thing is that it has no video recorder. I'm satisfied with it, I've had other cellphones in the past, and so far this one is the best.

loud enough. but if your not satisfied, they come with speakers :D like so you can get it LOUDER.

and those speakers also act as anteni for the radio. so you can listen to high quality radio (Y)

If the phone has a MicroSD card slot, since I don't have one, you should et a MicroSD card plus adapter. You can put that in your computer, like a Flash Drive, or try and plug the phone in again and starting to load it correctly.
