Most people are so used to people like Lady Gaga, who go all out on every video. La Roux is more like something that, It may be an aquired taste at first, but if you drew out everything she did to make a song, you would see the beauty. She uses a lot of figurative literacy, whe you listen to her music you have to read the meaning for yourself. Most artists spell it out, she doesn't, and a lot of people don't like it. I think it shows what real people do, not insanely amazing people.

The CD she was talking about in this video.. well I've got it and it's absolutely brilliant. It's one of those very rare CDs where you love every single song, cos 90% of the time there's a song that no one really likes, so we always skip it. Not in La Roux's case. Her CD is just phenominal, and I thoroughly recommend it to anyone who likes her. It's called 'La Roux'. BUY IT. :D
