Tbh, although the names contribute to it, I think the kids will have the issues because of the parents who thought "Puppy" or "Rooney" are good names.

And let's be honest, having the name Rooney (or Giggs hahaha) will only ENCOURAGE promiscuity. So more delinquent chavs. Hooray. :-/
